You can spend as much or as little time doing Reiki on yourself, but the more you do Reiki the better you will understand it and the more benefits you will receive. You can do Reiki at anytime of the day or night. Laying down, sitting or even standing and you can do Reiki on yourself as many times a day as you feel you need to. Reiki can easily become a part of your everyday self care.

I offer Classes in Introduction to Reiki, all 4 levels of Usui Reiki Training, and the practitioner level which is 2 parts and the master level in Karuna Reiki.
